How To Play A Position: All Players

Who you are:
We are a team. We know every one of our teammates adds to our success as a team. We are the ones who run the fastest. We are the ones who kick the hardest. We are the ones who train the hardest. We are the ones who play the hardest.
Where You Play:
We play on the whole field. We play from the bench. We play everywhere.
On Defense:
We get the ball back. We don't let them move down the field. We keep them out of the danger zone. We don't let them shoot. We don't let them score.
On Offense:
We keep the ball. We move the ball up the field. We get in the danger zone. We make chances to shoot. We shoot. We score.
Remember:
When you're on the bench, you're still in the game. Be ready to sub in at any time. If you don't know the position of the player you're subbing for, ask her. When you're on the field, you have a role to play. You do support your team by playing hard the whole time. If you get tired, then you can sub out and rest.
